How are is CJP able to get access to so many judges? Are they doing this under a continuing ed requirement?

If this tactic ever works it will be a fast track to communism.

The justice dept needs to get involved and break it up if they can't get equal time for skepticism.

And by training they mean indoctrinating.

Great watch that fits the topic rather well. Former Climate propagandists speaking out how our institutions from education to the media have become this brainwashed mass of climate hysteria.

We have two decades of children who have watched that lie filled propaganda piece A Very Convenient Fiction That Will Net Al Gore and His Green Cronies Trillions of Dollars Over The Next Two Decades ( shortened to An Inconvenient Truth for brevity).

I think that one of the requirements of any lawsuit against fossile fuel companies for climate change should be to require the fossile fuel companies to discontinue providing energy to the area that has filed the suit.

Lets see if they are willing to give up electricity and everything that comes with it.

Because lib and Republican senators, both, approve democrat nominations for judges. But republican senators have opposed or slow walk Republican nominations.

This is an excellent idea! If fossil fuel companies are so evil, surely they don't want them in their area??!!

So, are they liable for the fraction of the total change in CO2 they contributed? A liability of something like 0.00000000001% of the damages? The plaintiffs are awarded a nickel.

They are also much better at getting agendas passed and stuck upon the rest of us for long periods of time.

Our objective
We are the climate revolution
Sunrise is building a movement of young people to end billionaire rule and stop the climate crisis. Together, we will disrupt business as usual to force Donald Trump out of power. We're on a mission to put everyday people back in charge and build a world that works for all of us, now and for generations to come.

What is a Green New Deal
We believe in a world with clean air, clean water, and a shot at a livable future for all, regardless of your skin color or zip code.
The Green New Deal is a governing agenda to mobilize every aspect of American society to 100% clean and renewable energy, guarantee living-wage jobs for anyone who needs one, and a just transition for both workers and frontline communitiesall in the next 10 years.
For decades, working class communities and communities of color have been first to be hit by pollution, and last to be rebuilt after a climate disaster. The Green New Deal will tackle all these challenges head-on: stopping the toxic pollution causing climate disasters and illness, and guaranteeing a good job with a living wage to all. Every American has a right to clean air and water, protection from disaster, and healthy food, no matter the color of their skin or where they were born.

ICE OUT FOR GOOD
For almost a year, Donald Trump has been using ICE as an occupying army to intimidate and repress those who would stand against him.

These violent enforcers are already being used to suppress protest, and several citizens have been shot and killed.

To win climate action, we need to live in a democracy, and that means preventing Donald Trump from establishing his own personal gestapo.

Join us and millions of others in getting ICE out of our cities.
