Well, I'm sorry then that you can't understand basic concepts. The whole idea behind DEI was to try to level the field to give people opportunities that they were denied in previous versions of our country. What it became is let's hire people because they're black or another color and lower our standards. It's an absolutely racist concept.

I don't want a surgeon or a pilot who is hired because they're black or another color or not white. I cringe when I see airlines say we have an all female crew or an all black crew. I want them to know what the **** they're doing. That goes to the military as well. You keep lowering the standards to get certain people in that's what happens. And that includes women not just race.
