My prediction is zero difference will be made. The only legislation proposed will be idiotic social policy with corporate kickbacks, foreign funding, and more destruction for the middle class hidden in 10,000 page bills.

We're not voting our way out of this.

How happy are you that the border is closed?

Trump needs to find an Iran exit quickly. We have tried reasonableness, its time to return to head cracking.

Take their oil. All of it. Don't give it back until we have 6 months of peace.

House - D
Senate - R (51/49)…however if we're still shooting Iran by August that prediction flips to D.

50/50 toss-up. Too close to call either chamber.

Which Senate seats do you think are going to potentially flip to democrat?

Potentially? Or Likely?

Likely right now it only looks like NC and AK will flip…Platner seems hell bent on keeping Maine Red.

Potentially: TX, MT, OH, NE, IA, & ME.

good point. "potentially" was a bad choice of words.

i guess the point was saying its a "50/50 toss up" doesn't have any real factual backup

For me, the real question is how long does Iran drag on…there is just so much unknown there.

If the Straits are still closed by 1 November…I wouldn't rule out a veto proof Dem Congress.

If the Straits are open by 1 July…R's hold.

This remains accurate until the final 30 minutes of the vote counting process.

Largely this. The majority will be held by a bunch of people that continue to fool the American people into thinking they are actually fighting for them. If the R's hold, they will do their usual (i.e. very little when they actually have control). If the D's take it, we will have two years of stalemates and another impeachment or two.

One side are scared dip****s, the other side are the most pure form of evil in our modern world. Vote wisely.

Why it needs to just be MAGA and no longer Rs.

Rs have long been dickless wonders and they continue to prove it in spades.

At least the Ds get **** done, even if it is destroying the Country.

I think some of the results in this primary may end up having that effect. We're going to get Republicans withe some balls and that might be Trump's greatest legacy.

You have no idea how bad it can get. The dems are set to bring us death and destruction the likes of which never been witnessed in the US. They want it all next time.

No clue. My post was half joking because (1) anything can happen between now and general (2) the only elections I'm even aware of are Paxton, Platner, and Pratt because those are the only ones that have been discussed on here.

We just moved and I'm not educated on who my new state people even are. I happened to run across fact that we have an insane liberal white lady as governor who recently declared the male vote is unnecessary in New Mexico, so I have that going for me. I will soon research with Republican's I get to throw my votes at for Governor, Senate, and the House that will disappear into the void.

You do realize the party of the presidency has picked up seats in both chambers during the midterms only twice ever right?

Meanwhile Trump's approval rating is at his lowest ever and we have no idea what the war and economy will look like in November.

Takes two to tango. Without a senate majority it is just Al Green waving his cane over and over.

On a positive note, it means a do nothing Congress and Trump can continue as king. So still a win.

And unless there be a chance for 67 TDS RINOs plus Dem commies then it still means nothing. Trump rules until Jan 20, 2029.

Erections have consequences.

Al Green lost his democratic primary

My concern is 2028-2030. If the Dems control the presidency and both chambers, they will likely go all in knowing that the census will keep them out of power for a very long time.

They've already said they would. They are planning to stack the SC right now with 4 more justices and have already laid out the justification for doing so which is we need 13 justices to equal the number of federal districts.

Already articles out on it going through their plans.

As I was kind of expecting the Dems plan to flip District 48 in CA doesn't seem to have worked. Issa's replacement lapped the field and combined with the other GOP candidate's votes, the Republicans had a sizable edge on the crap candidates the Dem's ran.

The Prop 50 move isn't going to work in San Diego. East & North County are still too red.

It was a nod to what he did at the SOTU not a premonition of future impeachment hearings. I know Al is out, but there are plenty of lib crazies to take up his fight and lift all voices... i mean canes... in protest of Orange Men Bad.

It is not likely at all they win in 2028 and 2030, but if they do and take this route its a national divorce with widespread bloodshed and death.

The Dems are running with anti-American candidates and its not going to go well with a Country coming off celebrating 250 years of exceptionalism.

Haha no it's not. They're the exact same people that care about the exact same things. Corporations, foreign governments, and enriching themselves to an insane degree.
Only time this gets ANY better will be when we rid ourselves of this monstrosity of a government.

Everyone across the spectrum is wrong.

Objectively, the Democrats are on the side of evil if we are going to use that term.

Not even arguable when you have Democrats advocating for sexual mutilation of children, abortion up to end of third trimester and even past it in some cases, anti-white racism, open borders, and even now supporting candidates who are actual Nazi's and trolling for children on known pedo apps.

If the R's aren't going to do anything, then this is what I would like to see…if the Dems aren't going all in on impeachment, that will ruin their chances for the Presidency in 2028.

If Dems gain the house and do nothing but Impeach, and their senators go along, you are right that will hurt them in 2028

They will lose the house and Rs will gain in the senate.

If inflation falls and gas prices are below $3, Rs will sweep in 2028. Win all 3 easily

After R states all redraw before 2028, house could get ugly for Dems

Not sure what you mean. I was simply replaying what you said when I said everyone was wrong.

The left side of the spectrum (the Democrats) are who I'm talking about; not the right side. There is no disagreement on this for anyone being objective and who is not partisan.

There is no moral relativity on the examples I used. Democrats take the evil position on those; the right does not.

So when Rs were complaining about gas prices under Biden that was strictly high due to policies, democrats said get an electric car.. now gas prices are high.. because of an actual issue.. war..we are told we have vote for the dems so they can bring gas prices down… I'm not voting for their high gas prices strictly due to policy
