It's like when they have a cold night in Florida and iguanas start falling from trees.

That's crazy. In 2017 I had my second brain surgery and a nurse gave me a pain medicine in the ICU called Dilaudid. It was the most incredible feeling I had ever had. I immediately understood why people threw their lives away for drugs if they didn't have a strong family/friend group to keep them grounded. I asked the nurse what she had given me and then told her to never give it to me again. The feeling was one of complete peace and no worries. It was amazing.
I'm saying this because it's scary how much more potent this new stuff is than dilaudid. Can't believe there aren't dead bodies everywhere.

Dilaudid is the trade name for hydromorphone.

Carfentanil is used as a large animal tranquilizer and may be the Philly "tranq" mentioned by a previous poster IDK.

Years ago I had severe sciatic nerve pain(could literally NOT sit down, only lay flat or get on my knees on pillows to work at a desk). Was prescribed hydrocodone and it was a wild euphoric sensation, all was great with not a care in the world, nor back pain.
Scared the crap out of me cause I too could see that I might want more. Flushed that crap down the toilet after a couple of tries.

I won't lie--any of the medications (hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.) make me feel like I'm on top of the world. The good news is they also cause terrible constipation, so that is a natural deterrent for me. They are wonderful blessings to those in irretractable pain, but can be a curse for those who fall under their spell.

When I was growing up I was told that cocaine would cause your heart to explode. Then it was all about heroine and how it was an instant overdose. Next was fentanyl and how it was 20x more potent than heroine. Now it's this new drug that's 20x more potent than fentanyl. Do you instantly die if you look at this stuff or have people's tolerances gotten higher?
Also, looking back at my childhood I figured that I would have encountered quicksand by now and that at some point I would have needed to stop, drop, and roll. What do I know.

I've got news for you buddy, I've seen quite a number of people on coke & I think even a handful on heroin at a concert. They were all still somewhat alert & somewhat coherent. Especially so for those on coke….they usually have high energy & are ready to stay up.
If you watch that video those people are beyond help. They're literally sleeping standing up & bent over. And when they wake up they'll go beg for more $, buy a little something to eat so they don't starve to death, & then go buy these same drugs to get their next fix. They'll literally live like this until they die in the street or until a family member finally feels guilty enough to go find them and get them into treatment.
Your post is quite odd, but I figured I'd at least educate you.

And the crazy thing is that states like Cali swindle approximately $150k per year per homeless person per year from taxpayers that goes straight into politicians & their donors pockets. It's utterly shameful

Who took a look at Fentanyl, a drug so potent that it runs the very real risk of killing you if someone made a tiny little mistake, and said "that just ain't gonna cut it, I need something stronger!"

For decades the Left created this with "being homeless is not a crime" and "homeless people just need publicly funded new teeth" nonsense.
They own 100% of the misery these poor people are suffering.
