Whether or not it's criminal assault could be up for debate.

But the reason why she did this was not to assault Charlie Kirk. Instead it was about the rules of YouTube and other streaming platforms. Nudity on those platforms means the video needs to get restricted. An army of trolls would report the video for "nudity" and it would have to get taken down.

She was basically trying to get the video taken down by showing her boob.

One time I spent an evening in the French Quarter on Fat Tuesday. I was assaulted many, many times. I didn't file a complaint.

Evil and hatred will always consume those that harbor them.

It is a crime; indecent exposure. If a man flashes his *****, then same charge; BUT, if he threatens to harm another with his exposed *****, it is assault in SOME jurisdictions; for example, in Louisiana, flashing a ***** OR BOOB might warrant classification as "assault" if the ***** OR BOOB is used as a threat of harm, while "battery" is when physical contact is made. Texas doesn't draw this distinction, as 'assault/ battery' are used interchangeably. Umm...no, not even close to what I said or meant. 100% of drama girls end up being liberal or left, regardless of college influence, although that definitely aggressively kicks it into gear. This is pretty established. Ive never met any actresses/theater girls/etc who weren't "progressive" in how their minds worked. Nothing to do with you or this girl in particular. But your description screams future leftist. She would've ended up this way, or at least this direction, regardless of college. College just made her infinitely worse. It gave her direction. Meaning she desperately needed, as flawed and destructive as we all know it to be.
