That is awesome.
Amazing that they are picking on her for her 'fashion', and for 'crafting an image'...while she's wearing an $8 dress.
And when AOC wears "Tax the Rich" on a $3k dress, at an event that costs 30k to attend....nothing from the left.
I also think it's insanity, that people like the writer, think there is a conspiracy to have women be pregnant in the administration. As if they're doing it for a certain image. I wonder if she knows how people get pregnant?
Husband: Our son asked where babies come from.
Wife: He's too young. Tell him the stork.
[Later]
Husband: Your mom ****ed a stork.

I think I won't pay attention to liberals about what makes an attractive woman

"But for an administration that has such an intuitive and strategic understanding of the power of aesthetics that an unspoken dress code in which men outfit themselves in the image of the president has developed, it has also become a telling one."
What does that even mean?
So many pundits today write in a similar, stilted manner -- designed to give off the impression they are smart and sophisticated and have an insightful POV. But really they are just dancing around without ever saying anything of substance.
I call it the Matthew Yglesias Strategy. I see that guy's posts on X and can't ever decipher what the hell his point is. But if you have an Ivy League degree or the right connections, lame writing like that pays really well.

It's not about being truthful or insightful or intelligent or observant. It is about giving your target audience the message they wish to hear and believe so you retain their attention and can leverage it for personal gain in some way.
A good exercise: If you have a supply constrained city where 40% of units are subject to rent stabilization and you freeze the rent on those units, how does that impact the rent charged on the other 60 percent?

I'm not getting the conserva-rage and "Atta girl" e-highfiving here.
Maybe it is because the full article is paywalled. Maybe it is because this is just a bad thread.
The lib NYT is doing what the lib NYT does by gaslighting and condescension. The second lady posts how much her maternity outfit from Old Navy costs since it was partially the subject of the paywalled article it seems.
Sounds like online woman drama looking for an opportunity to be dramatic.
Scintillating efforts, ladies.

This is a person people listen to about fashion? She may not actually understand or know how people become pregnant...

Just wait until they attack her for breast feeding because it's something the trans community can't do and it's not inclusive.
Sounds stupid, but we know it's coming.
