I'm expecting the Top 10% Rule to become the Top 8% or lower. If they were smart both A&M and Texas would move to a system like Georgia Tech has where they have an Early Admission round solely for In State Applicants and then another for OOS, then a Regular round. That way they can keep priorities on In State and reduce the drama.

Top 10/8/6/5% rule is terrible btw and is completely impractical for a state our size with the disparity we have in schools.
