What You'll Do (Your Impact)
Deliver high-value "quotations" and technical support to distribution partners and Territory Account Managers, helping them close deals faster.
Provide "cross-references" on competitor bills of material and recommend optimal product selections using your growing technical knowledge.
Offer "technical assistance" and specification guidance for industrial and commercial electrical products becoming the go-to expert for partners.
Manage "special pricing agreements" and support large **capital projects** from quotation through coordination (think project management with real stakes).
Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners via phone, email, and collaboration tools turning inquiries into long-term wins.
Assist with "project management" for key manufacturer initiatives and large opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and partner data while staying sharp through manufacturer webinars, online portals, and quotation tools.
Proactively solve problems and contribute ideas in a fast-moving environment.
This inside sales + technical support role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and hands-on project work perfect for someone who wants variety and visible results early in their career.
What We're Looking For:
Early-career professionals with a passion for sales, technical problem-solving, or customer support.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build genuine rapport.
Comfort with Microsoft Office, basic CRM platforms (we'll train you on specifics), and learning new tools quickly.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn independently in a collaborative setting.
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical fundamentals is a plus but curiosity and a quick-learning mindset matter more.
