Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Veriswift's background check services and the benefits of partnering with us.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Veriswift's services when meeting with prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales or within the background check, HR services, or related industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
