Sorry, nothing really to add but I was just curious what the appeal of basing a company in Midland was? I certainly understand the needs for field personnel and other auxiliary positions to be based there. However, with flights and technology I was wondering why you wouldn't base out of more desirable places to help recruit and retain talent?

To each their own, I guess. Seems like some people would consider Midland a desirable place to live. Not everyone wants to live in "the big city".
