I have a strong background in education and training across multiple industries, with a foundation in learning theory and curriculum design with my education degree from TAMU. Over the years, I've built and led training programs in retail, customer service, and technology, always focusing on engaging learning experiences and professional growth.

For the past five years, I've specialized in digital banking, designing and delivering technical training for product teams, support staff, and end users. I've developed onboarding programs, upskilling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing strategies that drive performance and retention. I've been a Product Owner for the last 2 years where training elements are used but I'm eager to return to a dedicated learning & development role.
