Job Duties
- Oversee spot welding machines on signal flare line
- Manufacture tooling and parts on manual engine lathe and manual mill
- Weld plating racks and other components as needed
- Oversee mortar round assembly line (drills, stamps, etc)
- Oversee metal fabrication work centers (presses, tube cutters, saws, broaches, etc)
- Ability to manage others
- Attend weekly production meetings
Job Hours
- M-Thu 5:00am - 3:30pm
- Overtime most likely would be available and happen on Fridays (if needed)
Preferred Skill Set
- Basic knowledge of how to operate a manual engine lathe
- Basic knowledge on how to run a Bridgeport mill
- Ability to read a print and read GD&T
- Basic welding knowledge
- Associates degree preferred but not required
Compensation
- Pay is based upon experience but a round number for starting pay would be $25/hour
- 401k experience with company match
