Job Duties

• Oversee spot welding machines on signal flare line
• Manufacture tooling and parts on manual engine lathe and manual mill
• Weld plating racks and other components as needed
• Oversee mortar round assembly line (drills, stamps, etc)
• Oversee metal fabrication work centers (presses, tube cutters, saws, broaches, etc)
• Ability to manage others
• Attend weekly production meetings

Job Hours

• M-Thu 5:00am - 3:30pm
• Overtime most likely would be available and happen on Fridays (if needed)

Preferred Skill Set

• Basic knowledge of how to operate a manual engine lathe
• Basic knowledge on how to run a Bridgeport mill
• Ability to read a print and read GD&T
• Basic welding knowledge
• Associates degree preferred but not required

Compensation

• Pay is based upon experience but a round number for starting pay would be $25/hour
• 401k experience with company match
• We will pay to send you to various courses for training

• Currently we do not offer health insurance (hope to change that in the coming years)
