Hello, I am currently a teacher in the Austin area and I'm looking to find a role outside of education starting after the new year.

Outside of teaching/coaching, sales is where the majority of my other experience has been. I'm not opposed to getting back into sales but I'd also consider some other sectors and positions if my skill set works.

I work well with people, hard worker and quick learner and I'm looking for an opportunity to make a contribution to a company that I can grow with.

Teachers/coaches make great trainers in industry. Not sure how you would catch a break, but you would do well in the role. Also safety guy. Safety guy gives lots of training and you have to be good with people cause everyone already hates the safety guy, so if you are a dick they will really really hate you.

If you have your masters in something, you can teach at ACC. My wife was an adjunct, and made pretty good money. We both were adjunct adult education instructors. They had a few full time ones.
