Primary function is working independently and collaboratively within a team of Market Research Analysts to respond to inquiries and ideate analytics that support fortune 500 healthcare organization in identifying opportunities for:

  • market expansion and penetration
  • new and innovative delivery models
  • understanding current market and organization's place

Requires proven end to end ability to translate business needs into actionable & digestible analytics and deliverables: discovery, analytics planning and execution, generating deliverables, quality. Must be solid in descriptive statistics and basic probability, preferred intermediate to advanced in predictive analytics. Comfortable to advanced with BI tools and geospatial analytics. Extensive use of claims data. Interacts directly with executives.

Healthcare and claims data experience nice to have but not required.

I'd be extremely interested to grab lunch/coffee sometime. I just want to hear about how you're converting the claims data from the various formats carriers provide them in to something you can actually analyze. Also interested to hear about the tools you use to analyze them and what insights you're generally able to get.

I work for a carrier and manage a team of med malpractice underwriters and we likely use the same data just for different things.
