My employer decided that I am overhead. I have been reduced from a salaried position to hourly wo days a week. I need to find another position. I am in west Houston. Does this have any TWC implications?

I believe he is looking for two things:

1) a new job

2) guidance on if he has an unemployment claim due to change from salary to hourly with reduced hours.
