We are seeking a motivated, detailoriented individual to join our College Station headquarters team. This officebased role is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting our field merchandisers to ensure highquality execution and accurate reporting for our clients.
This position is ideal for a recent college graduate, entry-level professional, or someone with a few years of office experience looking for a change. Experience in marketing, retail, or customer service is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Schedule and staff representatives for various merchandising projects
- Quality Assurance monitoring of reports submitted by field reps
- Handle frequent email communication with field representatives
- Working within the various platforms we use to manage our field team and work
- Provide phone support for field representatives calling in with questions
- Working in a team environment to ensure customer projects get completed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Highly organized, productive, and detail-oriented
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
- Personable, comfortable, and professional on the phone and via email correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day
- Strong typing speed and general computer skills
- Enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn & provide input when needed
- Teamoriented and able to build strong working relationships
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred but not required
- Ideal for backgrounds in business, customer service, & marketing
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Casual, in-office setting at our College Station office
- Typical hours between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
