Does Kingsbury survive this?

The only reason why I think they run it back next year is because if KK goes, GM Steve Keim should as well.

I wouldn't want to be in their position with Murray and the fact that they probably have to give him another contract.

That trend is extremely difficult to overlook and chalk up to coincidence. You've got 2 years until having to make a franchise tag or extension decision on Kyler. I think you move on from KK, but there was enough progress this year that I dont think it would be crazy to run it back once more. But that's tough as a lame duck. I sure as **** wouldnt extend him like they were considering on December 1 when they were 9-2 after Riley went to USC

this thread started with a comment about Zac Taylor, so let's finish with one too.

with 7 minutes left in the 4th quarter and the Bengals leading by 7 points...Taylor faced a decision on 4th & 1 at the Raiders' 10-yard line.

the analytics would say to go for it...and coaches like the Chargers' head coach would have...but Taylor wisely chose to kick the short FG and take the 10-point lead.

well done

Yes, Zac Taylor wisely took the points to make it a two-possession game.

By contrast, Los Angles Chargers Head Coach Brandon Staley went for it on 4th and 1 from his own 18 yard line when they were trailing the Las Vegas Raiders by 3 points with 8:57 left in the 3rd quarter. That was very foolish because it gave the Raiders a free red zone trip. The Chargers were fortunate to hold the Raiders to 3 points off of that drive. It was the first time I had ever seen a coach go for it on 4th down from inside your own 20 yard line in the 3rd quarter. I can understand doing that if that is the only way to come back in the last 2:00 of a game.

the LA CHARGER clown makes McCarthy look competent- not only does he make good decisions he is the defensive coordinator of one of the worst defenses in the NFL

Zac Taylors father in law is that fat guy that was the worst coach at ATM in 50 years
