Wouldn't mind a WR if a top guy like CD slips again.
After the top 2 IOL's there aren't many grades for the 1st round.

I also wouldn't mind trading down with a team like the Steelers that will probably take a QB with their 1st and might want to trade their 1st next year to move up to get a WR like Skyy Moore who is from Pittsburgh and played with Tomlin's son in high school.

Yeah, Amaris numbers were down, but perhaps defenses were keying on him? Do ya think?

He's been here 3.5 years and he's the 9th leading receiver in franchise history. So 1100 yard seasons dipped to 900 this year; I put that more on Dak and the OL. He still put up 8 TD's. Easy to forget how much this passing game limped in 2017 and half of 2018 leading to his trade.

No doubt WR just went up the need list. There's one of the mock's that keeps having G. Wilson dropping to 24. I don't think that will happen but if by some chance he does, you sprint up to the podium to and him.

I'd be more than happy if they could get Zion Johnson at pick #24 to lock down that LG postion.

They really overhauled their player rankings. They are pretty down on our (A&M) guys. Got Green in the mid-2nd. Leal in bottom of the 2nd. Spiller and Wydermyer in the 4th.

The A&M guys had a really meh combine. Might hurt leaving early and taking a pay cut from your merch sales compared to a 5th round rookie contract.

You are highly overestimating what are players make on NIL. Fifth round rookie is still making over $700,000 a year.

Even if it was a pay cut, the goal is to get to the next contract as quickly as possible

Yeah, I saw that. Hate it for him, but would love for the Cowboys to snag Leal in the 3rd.

Had one where I took Willis in the 1st, Brice Hall in the 2nd and began the rebuild with huge cap penalties

IDK, man, the NFL is a passing league. The G's that will be there in the second are guys that most likely can step in day one and start at LG - Kinnard, Salyer, Hayes. In fact, there's some good G's that will be there in the 3rd - Strange, Ingram, Parham, Rhyan.

If a guy like Wilson falls in your lap, it's a CD Lamb situation all over again. I would have no problem with them taking a WR in the first. I actually think Burks is going to be a star. Wouldn't mind him at all at 24.

Stupidity is not filling your team during free agency so you have to draft for need.
There are not a lot of OL with 1st round grades and there is a good chance they will all be gone by 24. You want to spend a 24 on an OL with a 2nd round grade?
Or draft the best player on your board and take a chance that you draft the next CD or Parsons?

Was watching some draft stuff on Wydermyer and i think it's tough for us to objectively view him, but I think a team will get a steal with him because I think his value is down. He's prob going to be a third rounder but should probably be drafted higher. We all know the QB issues he had to deal with.

I would love for the cowboys to take a shot with him if they don't do a long term deal with Schultz.

Dulcich - TE
Ed Ingram - G


Anything close to that come April 28th would be amazing! Immediate upgrade at C and a starter at G who should, at worst, be as good as Conner last year. A WR that will break into our top 3 and a 2nd string / heir apparent at TE. That's a fantastic haul!

Seems as if they really like Treylon Burks. Formal interview at combine and now bringing him in for one of their 30 visits. Need to go back and watch his highlights.

Love this. Starting Guard and starting OT (when Tyron inevitably is out). Picked up an outstanding TE (who is nasty as a blocker) and added more DT beef! The law firm of Robinson & Robinson in the 4th are nice skill position adds.

I'd be more than OK with an OL in the 1st but there will be talented players in day 2 that we can plug and play. Some I like are Sean rhyan, Ed Ingram, Jamaree Salyer, Tyler smith, darrian kinard & Dylan parham. Sean rhyan is my favorite from the bunch and I think he will be a great pick at 56.
