I saw the replay a dozen times and felt like "I have no idea if he recovered the initial bobble or not". It seems impossible to overturn that based on the call on the field.

I thought it was pretty obvious he didn't regain full control based on the fact that the ball never really got hit directly causing him to fumble it again.
