I don't have a problem with the call. If the defender had grabbed the facemask like that, it would have be a 15 yard facemask penalty. Basically the same thing.

No ***** That isn't a penalty in flag football. Defender was going up for the ball and there was a small amount of incidental contact.
And that's a pretty bad call on the td, for a ref standing right there. At least it's fixable.
