I've made the playoffs but need a win to cinch the #3 seed and avoid the top dog until a potential final.

My QB choices are:

Mahomes @ home v. #1 rated Texans defense
Burrow on the road vs. Buffalo
Mayfield at home vs. the Saints.

Texans have decimated Jones and Allen the last two weeks, but it's a prime-time game and the Chiefs basically have to have it or they are in serious jeopardy of missing the playoffs.

Burrow came back really strong last week.

Mayfield got hurt against the Saints last time. They are the easiest matchup but he's sucked a lot lately.

What say you?

Looking for TE Advice for Playoff Run W15-17.

D. Waller-Mia - Only TE Rostered at the moment. He has been a TD machine in the few games he played. Injury is a real concern though. 2/3 targets one miss was in endzone. First game back from IR.

H. Fannin -Cle- Had a big Td catch. 3/5 targets last game. Maybe Sanders gives a bump.

T. Johnson NYG- I dropped him to pick up Waller for the Giants bye. He was 3/8 last game. Been steady but I doubt anyone grabs him.

I have Dak and Daniel Jones, could drop Jones and carry 2-TEs. Or if Marvin Harrison is back might drop Michael Carter.

Need to pick 2 for WR2 and FLEX for 12 team PPR

Mike Evans is available in my league... and latest update says he could suit up as soon as THIS Sunday.

Add him. Personally id be worried about playing him this week. And then likely worried about playing him in a playoff. I could see him easily having a big time dud game. I dont see a 2 td 100 yards and 7 catches in the range of upside either.

If Burrow and Evans both play, I'd have almost entire lineup from August actually available sans only James Connor.

In the final week to determine make or break playoffs, I'm starting Charbonnet and Devin Neal at RB2 and Flex because of Tet and Dowdle byes and Garrett IR and the only playable option on the bench is Denver defense.

...so maybe I should start Evans THIS week at flex over Neal or Charbo..

question is who to drop? if I drop BRJ, CMC will go down next week; I just know it. if I drop Pearsall, he'll go off next week- he's still got WR1 route participation; just not getting the ball in the three games since returning from injury. Do I drop Neal for Evans and just plan on starting Evans at flex over him this week? Or drop the Denver defense? I'm starting CLE defense this week vTEN.. both CLE and DEN have great matchups this week and crappy matchups for wks 15-17 anyway. ...actually, I think Pearsall is the answer, right?

welp, ***** nevermind.. .while i considered who to drop to grab Evans about an hour ago, i just got back from a meeting and someone else grabbed Evans.

I had Evans, dropped him when he got out on IR and chose to not pick him back up. I like Mike, but his hamstrings don't like to run anymore.

Yeah risk of reinjury and also just lots of mouths to feed. Egbuka, Godwin and Bucky.

the Dolphins have a nice playoff schedule for Waller

week 16 at home vs. the Bengals
week 17 at home vs. the Bucs

(as an aside Achane should be winning matchups)

hopefully Evans can be a flex play for most teams

not the WR1 or WR2

Egbuka has slowed down in recent weeks -- his last 3 games were not good < 50 yards and zero TD

I'm leaning towards Love, considering the Bears can score points and GB will have to throw the ball. But it's gonna be freezing cold and his WRs are the best.

Lamar has laid some duds in the last few weeks and its sad but he can't be trusted

Darnold is playing indoors against a mid-level defense, but they can run the ball to win if they want AND they going from west to east to play the early game, just about the longest road trip in the league.

Thoughts?

I would go with Lamar because they've got Pitt on the ropes for the division and he's always a threat for a rushing TD.
The Bears lead the NFL in interceptions with 17, so you might lose some points with Love throwing a couple of picks.

yahoo projections already have me losing by 20 before any games are played.. vs the first place team in a must win for playoffs.. while I have 5 players on BYE and one in IR.. and now, Odunze DNP two days in a row. ...I'm already starting Jayden Higgins at WR2 with Odunze at WR1.. and Devin Neal at flex with Charbonnet at RB2.. Obviously, I'm toast going up against JT and Gibbs. ...don't think I will scramble now and pick up and start Teslaa tonight .. but I might be reaching for Addonai Mitchell or Devaughn Vele this weekend.

I'm probably starting AD in one league over DK. I think the jets keep feeding him to see what they have.
