Is there a market for 10-year-old technology/computer parts? Getting ready to do some upgrading but the current stuff works fine, just a bit slow for the work I do.

Not much. Ebay usually but by the time you pay fees and shipping, the little profit you would have made disappears. There are ewaste recycle places that you can donate to that resell them like a scrap yard.
