I don't know what you're referring to in this particular case, but either way it's something that only happens with a very small percentage of the content out there.

Any time anyone breaks the law, it's entitlement mentality. Ever gone above the speed limit, rolled through a stop sign, parked in a fire lane? All entitlement mentality.

I've had these conversations with so many people over the last 30ish years I've been a "pirate" and the things that I have learned over that time:

• Piracy is stealing, no if's and's or but's
• Everyone should still purchase content that they like and want to support (I do)
• Companies that make content screw over their consumers in the most idiotic way possible, and it usually impacts legitimate customers the most
• I have no idea what content I own even though I buy content
• I do this more for the collecting than the viewing
• I love the tech behind this stuff
• Everyone has a moral soapbox they want to stand on, but rarely do they have the moral high ground they think they do.

This is a dumb post to put on TA.

It's like going to a message board to ask about fight club. There are rules.

Search the interwebs and youtube for your answers.

It's also akin to the logic "if you have to ask, you can't afford it". If you dont know where to start, you should probably stick with DirecTV and Comcast.
