Guess I've been lucky. I'll preface this to say we don't use it a ton or for groceries, but we also don't use Amazon a ton.

But, example of last time we used Walmart +, we got a Tonies music box deal for my son for Christmas. We wanted to get him more of the figures/songs. Amazon only had one option that would be delivered before Christmas. Walmart + had several with same day delivery.

It's also nice for bulkier household items. If we forget to get paper towels or toilet paper when doing our grocery run it's nice to just order them via Walmart +. As diggity said, no crazy mark up like other online retailers.

I turned off the ability for them to substitute anything in my orders after the first time they let crackhead joe fulfill my order with **** that wasn't even comparable in quality nor price to what I ordered.

If you're on the fence about Walmart +, you also get 10 cents off per gallon of gas.

And free Paramount+. Walmart+ is incredible. If you had a bad experience with them give them another shot. I agree that the brick and mortar WM experience sucks, but we've gotten around two deliveries from them every week for years and have only ever had two minor problems. And those were easily resolved by a quick customer service chat (and they let me keep the products for free!)

Why I stopped doing grocery ordering. Kroger did the same.
