Additionally, they seem to get spammers to sign up which then gets your email domain blacklisted occasionally as well, since they are from the same pool. This doesn't seem to happen as often as it used to, so maybe they have fixed this part.
I would have customers who could receive emails for years all of a sudden say my email was winding up in their spam, which makes no sense as the system should be smart enough to know that if you are sending and receiving an email to someone, it is obviously not a spammer.
