I thought we were getting some EA Sports College Football info tonight

I thought so too, and saw a couple of reports saying so. Not sure what the EA marketing folks are doing, but clearly not looking to take advantage of millions of viewers who are pretty much your specific target audience.

Given that they have stated just a couple months ago that the game is coming out this summer, it should be more than ready to show gameplay in a trailer format.
A bunch of friends have bought new systems exclusively for this...I'm waiting until we get a firm release date, but man - hope they don't blow it and move it to 2025.
Would be very surprised if it's even good or even remotely resembling the greatness it once was when it comes out.
I was shocked EA didn't run a 30s or 15s spot during the 1st or 3rd quarter last night. They may very well be waiting until Signing Day to make a splash. If they're going to launch in July, a January announce is pretty early but still surprised we didn't get anything last night.

I was excited for the return of NCAA Football after the NCAA v. Alston decision, but after seeing what that decision did to ruin my favorite sport, I'm inclined to boycott in protest.
I can't believe I watched all the commercials last night waiting on this.

I have zero confidence it is going to be good. I will still buy it but I will likely keep on trucking with 14.

If I'm EA Sports, I would drop a game trailer on August 24th during college gameday.
The voices in my head are fighting. My imaginary friend is running with scissors and one my dozen or so personalities wandered off.

They said summer time but I bet they delay it. There were rumors of July 12 but EA denied it.
Did anybody else cheat the recruiting system back in the day? I remember using a note pad for the recruits I just had to have. Save the game... find out what the favorite sales pitch was for each player... reload game... profit!

You're not trying if you aren't cheating! Some kids wanted playing time, some wanted nice facilities... if there was an option for hookers and blow I would have pitched that too. Why? Because that kid had 99 speed and 98 acceleration, that's why!!!!!
