How long do you want to ignore this user?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 3 and would like to set up multiple external monitors. I have an Anker docking station that has HDMI ports for both monitors and connects to the computer via USB-C. However, the laptop does not support charging or video via USB-C. There is one HDMI port on the laptop, but that does not serve my full purpose.

Is there an adapter or other docking station that I can use to run both external monitors - with extended display - from the single HDMI out on the laptop? I googled it and couldn't find anything definitive in that search.

I feel like I am being dense or missing something obvious, but I am spinning my wheels here. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance.

Can't get two different displays from one HDMI. At best you might be able to use a USB A to HDMI cable to get the second display, but it's probably going to be lower refresh/quality than you'd want.

You can get a USB 3.0 displaylink docking station. I use a Dell D3100 with my Mac Mini to run two external monitors, it works well enough at 1080p.

Or you can run one monitor via HDMI and one monitor via a USB to HDMI dongle. I've used this one with pretty good success. I always have trouble finding the driver for it though, I think it's just really outdated.
