Anyone here good with AWS? I have a java/kotlin program running and would like someone to walk me through the ins and outs of AWS. I just want to know more about how it works and how to manage what I have in place. I also need help correcting an error in my CI/CD pipeline. Will gladly pay for a few hours of someones time.

What do you mean by ins and outs? AWS has over 200 services, and I have experience with about a dozen of them. Are you thinking about migrating an application to AWS?
