There are multiple front ends now and all of them are pretty slick looking, totally subjective choice there but I'd highly recommend trying Daijisho or Emulation Station as your front end. I personally use Daijisho but I think most use ES. If you haven't already found him, Russ from Retro Game Crops is a legend in this space. He has some great written and video setup guides.
