How to remove Fandom on Facebook?

This App is generating a lot of notifications for things I have no interest in. Not exactly sure how it got on my FB.

I found the following instructions:

To remove a Fandom (or any app/game) association from your Facebook profile,
navigate to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, locate the Fandom app, and select Remove. If it is a Page you liked, visit your profile's About section to unfollow it, or delete the Top Fan badge by selecting Manage badge.

The problem with that is Fandom doesn't show up under Apps and websites.

I don't access Facebook on the computer, only on iPad and phone.

Sometimes, that doesn't always show up as an option.
