I made these playing around with my new 3D printer. Thought I'd share in case you guys were interested. One fits tall skinny cans, the other will fit your regular 12 oz can.
Slim Can
Regular Can

What filament are you using? Just normal pla/petg or something fancy like tpu for actual insulation?

These were done in pla. Petg would obviously be better if you were leaving them in the car. As far as insulation, I guess you could do a really light infill and pause the print to put spray foam or something like that inside.

Or leave a carve out space for a regular coozie and place it inside?

That would work, but would probably have to increase wall thickness.

If you know the interior dimensions you could widen it by say 1-2mm and print removable/washable tpu inner liner. Would provide insulation, grip and durability as the can wont strike the pla all the time. Would allow you to use it as a mug too with the liner if desired. I would definitely print the liner in vase mode if it allows it to reduce seams/lines where bacteria can build up. But that mode might be limited by thickness.
