As an aero engineer with a could decades experience under my belt i figured i could deal with our beighbors grand daughter who moved in with "Granny" after her ten year prison term (which turned out to be in more tears tgan her life spent out if prison for very serious compex crimes and started about age 14 (we were told very different info from grandmother whi swire she was just unlucky along with friends). Fast forward about 6 years and the place is a completely different house. Granny died if some awful fall and it gets worse. Without going into the long and horrific situation we have tried ti mitigate if not eliminate, i am at a loss for what else can be done. There is definitely a large organized connection and the level if connections seems to continually surprise me. To add to the issue, outlr tiny village has no police department and most residents are older retired military widows or couples and very few resources or experience here. We contract with Tarrant Coubty Sheriff snd to our complete disappointment they have done nithibg but look the other way or tgey drive by and make some obvious dosplay witg marked car and park right in front and explain how tgey are goibg to parrol our street more closely- (useless since most activity is after midnight) This only angers the thigs and they proceed to damage property while the patrol does one or two days and never see again. I have escalated this and involved multi govt agencies and even tried ti locate any surveillance items on our property so i could notify DOD or US State Dept for the violation of privacy under my recent security clearance . No luck and despite the solid evidence i obtain, at a significant risk i must say every time we attempt. Of course its difficult to avoid phone calls or electronic communication and most likely they have some type of monitor because tgey have very detailed info about our schedules, as well as very cincerning evidence of some individual or device that gives them a heads uo on any attempt to notify anyone. This is common with most if tge homes on our block and everyone has stopped trying at this point. Yes we escalated it as high as i am able to with contacts via my contacts and anonymously as well as simply sending info to various electronic requests all without any beef, mist giving lame excuse ti defer ti locsl police. Ah …the circle back to the problem i am trying to address - broken processes for sure but no help. A whole other story… These people are more advanced and connected than some large manufacturing plants i work in. And a "guy for that" including getting a designated electrical line into their home after they keot blowing the transformer on our block. Crazy stuff snd believe me it would curl the hair on your toes.
…So I am soliciting some creative ideas to create attention that cant be ignored. To by pass whoever and whatever seems to keep us in their nightmare. I know i am in the right place here so please please any ideas are appreciated. Now these are my peeps- the same people who designed a maroon bluebonnet to foil t.u. Student for decades with maroon blooms all over their campus lawns. I even flooded their drive with sudsy foam that ran along the drive into their drive and scared the dickens out if them but unfortunately it was early in the am and no audience. They need to think i am just stupid rather than intentional. Retaliation is painful and has limited my life already. I am nit kidding when i say i have tried almost every govt agency that realted to whatever violation tey have going 55 g drums leaking along property inti a creek that into Benbrook Lake AND the Trinity River. EPA respinded its a local police issue. Same with the others. Now she could be impersonating some given the posonilities but at some point someone has to notice and do soenthing , hooefully not a n explosion or damage to our property, beyond what already is done. They enter our property when we are at church and are very astute at security systems. So trying to use security with my 1991 level programming knowledge is not prudent and wont help unless a clever idea can cause the eventual? Darwin award early here. Everyone says these types end up getting caught at some point via a stupid mistake. Waiting on that has been fruitless despite lightning striking their shed and their outbulls escaping to chase a father with baby and stroler down the road. They didnt even resolve that beyond a ticket which was ognored and home still in Grannys name does allow a lot if leeway for them. HELP

I had to dump this into ChatGPT to translate. If this is still
Accurate, put it on the OB. If not, you'll need to clean it up accordingly first.

As an aerospace engineer with a couple of decades of experience under my belt, I generally consider myself pretty capable of solving difficult problems. Unfortunately, I have encountered one that seems impossible to overcome.

About six years ago, our neighbor's granddaughter moved in with her grandmother after serving a ten-year prison sentence. We were initially told she was simply unlucky and had fallen in with the wrong crowd. Over time, however, we learned that her criminal history was extensive, involving serious offenses that began when she was around 14 years old.

Fast forward to today, and the entire situation has transformed our neighborhood. After the grandmother passed away following a tragic fall, things became significantly worse. Without going into every detail of what has been a long and disturbing ordeal, our efforts to mitigateor ideally eliminatethe problems have been unsuccessful.

There appears to be a large, organized network involved, and the level of sophistication and connections continually surprises me. To complicate matters, our tiny village has no police department. Most residents are elderly retirees, military widows, or older couples with limited resources and little experience dealing with this type of situation.

Law enforcement services are contracted through the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. At best, deputies make a visible show of presence by parking a marked patrol car in front of the property and promising increased patrols. Since most of the activity occurs after midnight, these efforts accomplish little beyond alerting those involved. In response, property damage often increases while the extra patrols disappear after a day or two.

I have escalated concerns through every avenue available to me, including multiple government agencies. Given my recent security clearance, I even attempted to determine whether surveillance devices had been placed on our property so that I could notify appropriate federal authorities regarding potential privacy violations. Despite considerable effort and personal risk, nothing has come of it.

What concerns me most is how much information these individuals seem to have regarding our schedules and activities. They often appear to know when residents have contacted authorities or attempted to report incidents. Many neighbors have reached the same conclusion and have simply stopped trying.

I have submitted information through official channels, personal contacts, anonymous reports, and agency websites. The responses are almost always the same: the issue is referred back to local law enforcement, bringing us right back to where we started.

The level of organization involved is remarkable. They seem to have access to specialized people for everything, including electrical work. At one point, after repeatedly overloading the transformer serving our block, they somehow obtained a dedicated electrical service line. Some of the stories I could tell would sound unbelievable.

At this point, I am looking for creative ways to attract attention to the situation that cannot simply be ignored. I want to bypass whatever barriers have prevented meaningful action. Any ideas are welcome.

Over the years I have reported environmental concerns, including leaking 55-gallon drums draining toward a creek that ultimately feeds Benbrook Lake and the Trinity River. The EPA referred the matter to local authorities. Other agencies have done much the same. Whether there is impersonation, misrepresentation, or simple bureaucratic failure involved, it seems that nobody is willing to take ownership of the problem.

Meanwhile, there have been repeated incidents involving trespassing, property damage, and suspicious activity. They are particularly adept at avoiding security systems, making traditional surveillance solutions difficult. My own technical background is decades old, and I recognize that attempting to outsmart them electronically is probably unrealistic.

Everyone says people like this eventually get caught because they make a mistake. Unfortunately, waiting for that mistake has been a frustrating strategy. Lightning struck their shed. Their bulls once escaped and chased a father pushing a stroller down the road. Even then, little happened beyond a ticket that was apparently ignored.

The property remains in the grandmother's name, which seems to create additional complications and allow significant leeway. At this point, I am simply looking for ideas, advice, or experiences from others who may have dealt with something similar.

Any constructive suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with the suggestion copy and paste the cleaned up version above and post it on the Outdoors board.

Another vote for the outdoor board, this is right up their alley. You're more likely to get eyes from current or former law enforcement over there.

Hire a retired police officer/private investigator. They'll have connections inside the department and can likely get some action

Let the Tarrant County Appraisal District know that they are losing out on property taxes since the over 65 exemption no longer applies. Taxes are always the downfall for such a "criminal empire"

I think the only solution is to pinch a loaf on the lawn and since this is the nerdery, point IR floods to blind their cameras.
