Wasnt sure which board this falls on but has anyone ever successfully had them fix an address? We are about to begin construction on a home and apple maps works fine but on google maps our address doesnt exist. All the other homes in our cul-de-sac exist but on google maps ours is blank for some reason. There is only a support inbox to email which we have done and its saying fixed...but its not been fixed

This is about to become a real problem with subs and material drops. Im wondering if the address is blank maybe b/c we demoed the house and its been empty the past year? not sure why that would matter but its odd that ours is the only house on street not pulling correctly

I believe they are also fed by the postal service address listing and county records for property addresses. Are both of those up to date with your address registered as valid?

When I added a non-business facility to Google Maps, I just went google Maps, clicked "add a missing place' and submitted the details. It took a few days to a week for it to show up, but it was an easy process.

Not sure if that works for residential property though.

i have been trying to get my address corrected for over 10 years with no luck!

If this is a new build and one mapping service already has the streets, just be patient. Each service has their own interval for accessing county GIS data.

There has been an existing home on the lot since the 60s we tore it down about a year ago and about to start new construction

Do you think it's possible that's what the issue is there is no home currently there?

The lot should still have an address but if there is no structure there, there may not be a mailing address. Perhaps Apple is pulling address data from a different database. Put up a mail box and ask the post office to start mail service???
