I will add very reasonable home prices, friendly people, lack of crazy politics and easy access to east Kansas and Missouri for more hunting and fishing options.

Only been in the Ozarks for 6 months now, and only regret is not doing it 10 years ago.

Hey. Did not know you were up here. I hooked up and had dinner with Flyfisher87 a few weeks back. Really a great Ag. We need to all meet sometime.

100%! We bought a house on Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. It is a second home until I retire in a few years. I will let you know next time I am up there because it would be awesome to meet north Arkansas Aggies around us.
