Survived and glad I was in the country as I had to take 85 year old mom to emergency room while there. Ya just never know why you are called to do the things ya do.

Another perfect excuse to get wife to the country. I'll take it.
On the other hand, last night at about 2am some family was at the ranch in Encinal. Awakened by noise they looked out to see about 20 wets going thru vehicles . Hit the panic button on key fob and that scattered them.
Called BP who informed that they were busy.Finally got a Webb county constable to show up an hour later.

Like they say, when seconds count….

Real easy to drag OP after the fact, as some of yall are enjoying.

Like I posted before the inauguration, we have zero idea when we may have a random encounter with a violent a-hole in our lives.

Dont trust to gut feelings or cable news hystronics, just be prepared for any day to be your own personal bad day. Carry, train, rock on with life.
