I'm not sure where on Lake Buchanan someone may own "inundated" lands but it was just brought to my attention that ithis may affect the east side of Lake Buchanan around Council Creek. I don't yet have any details, so I'm just now starting to try and figure it out. This concept is new to me as I thought LRCA owned all the land below the 1020 high pool level, but it appears that may not be the case. I'm not clear what benefit the owner of the inundated lands would receive, and what the implications are to a lake front lot owner. But perhaps there may need to be a discussion for an easement to access the water when it is below high pool level, but that just seems ridiculous.
