Anyone got a thermal scope they are looking to sell i have some wild pigs im trying to take care of. Looking for a 384, and trying to stay under $1200.

That's going to be a tough budget to meet. You might find someone with a used Pulsar Apex or similar they would ve willing to let go.
For $1500 I can get you in a brand new Wraith mini. For $2K I can get you into a brand new Pulsar Talion XQ35 Pro.
If you're shots are all within 150yards any of these will do OK.

Piggybacking a question into this. Would a 256x192 60hz be ok for 100 yd max shot with the majority being 50 yd?
Dedicated nighttime weapon? If not, AGM clip ons do a reasonable job when in front of a day scope.

how long does it take you to set the clip on up and take it off and has it proven trustworthy being accurate each time you put it back on?

Takes about 10 seconds to put it on. Has no impact on poa/poi. That's the job of the day scope.

Just saw that PSA has this scope for sale 2 grand cheaper than anywhere else it's listed on the web.
A ways out of OP's budget, but if anyone else was on the fence about this model and thinking about getting one, this seems like a great deal on this specific unit.
