Isn't quite that easy, but ya. Go out one evening before sunset and listen for gobblers going to roost.
If you know the area well enough, set up the next morning (hour so so before sunrise) in an area that has low cover most likely place for fly down, don't sit directly behind or in line with your decoy(s), learn how to use a diaghram or box call and give a few yelps as it gets more day light, listen for gobbling on the roost, and then listen for fly down.
Yelp a little more and see if you get a response, turkey talk minimally (normally) and see how it goes.
Shoot the one with the longest beard in the head/neck.
3 1/2" TSS loads with a full choke are DEADLY up to 55-65 yards, but try to get em to 20-30. Makes it more fun!
