So Very Sorry Derm, Thoughts and Prayers for you and your family.
I edited my post to fix the error. I know it seems pointless now that the situation is so grim, but there have been people asking about specific girls here and there, so I figured I would document it with the best info I had. I know people have been putting the names of the girls in their prayers, so I suppose that is all we have left to do to help.cav8423 said:
Rebecca (Hanna's twin) was found. Hadley was confirmed to be found today too.
This x 1000. I lost my wife to cancer last year and it means so much when people still share their stories and discuss their memories. It's not painful to me and it brings me joy knowing that she's not forgotten and had a positive impact on the lives of other. God bless all the victims of the Kerr County flooding and their families.JeepWaveEarl said:
Thanks for sharing this, BaileyDane! I love the card suggestion... There are times that it just makes my heart whole again when people remember our son (we lost him 11 years ago)... while some people are hesitant to do it, thinking it will hurt, I can speak for myself that years down the road, it helps more to know he's not forgotten than the hurt it causes the heart.

So Mary Grace's parents want us to put a pink ribbon on a tree in our front yard in honor of her. Act accordingly.
Prayers lifted for both twins and their family. Double tragedy for this family.CES1985 said:

From the Kerrville Daily Times (behind a pay wall) (TFND stands for Tivy Fight Never Dies, a rally cry of the High School in Kerrville)
.Quote:
..Along with the fundraiser, the TFND nation extended a call for prayers for all affected and in the search for Coach Reese Zunker and his family. On Saturday evening, they hosted a prayer service; unfortunately, during the service, word was received that Coach Zunker's body had been found.
On Wednesday, July 9, they will have a "Kerr County Blessing" at Antler Stadium. The event will start at 7 p.m. with worship and prayer led by Young Life Director Josh Smithson. A social gathering on the field will follow.
"This special event is an opportunity for us to come together in faith, support and unity as we continue to walk through this time as a community," Neill said.
