When did you get your kids involved in Ag (and of course, mutton bustin)

Well the closest local rodeo to us required that they be 4, so he did it and 4 and loved it.

My daughter joined Jr. FFA in the 3rd grade.
She showed a goat in 3rd grade.

My boys both did it at 4. Our county show allows kids to start showing in Kindergarten so they both started showing then too. Oldest started with hogs and moved on to steers and heifers. My youngest is 5 this year and is starting with steers and heifers.

My grand daughter won the mutton bustin at Rodeo Houston when she was 6 or 7 and will be a freshman at A&M next fall
