Anyone on this board that's a member of ducks unlimited and is selling the gun calendars? My normal source isn't doing it this year and I need to buy it about 20 of them. Email is in my profile.

Need a couple, too!

I've been buying two a year. What I don't understand, based on the emails I get every morning informing me of winner names and city/towns, is that there are crap ton more winners from Muleshoe, Old Dime Box and Comanche than there are from Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.

Then again, I was never good at the math so maybe it's just me.

Maybe if I start buying calendars from the Van Horn chapter I'll win a gun or six.

I don't know how many they sell now, but it is a completely random draw.

I would bet that if you talied up all the places folks are from
It's fairly evenly distributed.

My point being is that it would seem that you'd have more winners from major metropolitan centers since, well, that is where most people live.

But I've been wrong once before.

Only a finite number of calendars get sold, and a lot of times some folks in smaller towns get a crap load of calendars.

10-4. My calendar purchases are for the work DU is doing. Glad to support them.

Alot of the smaller market chapters sell out quicker / sell more than you'd think for their population, everyone on the committee is typically a business owner and gives them out to employees/clients. Bigger city chapters have a hard time selling out selling them one and two at a time.

I give a handful as stocking stuffers every year, and I'm the only one who's never won. Go figure.
