Looking for some insight - is this something or not. Appears to be petrified bone with parallel 'notches' carved into it.

Appears to be fossilized bone, where was it collected? It will depend on how old it is but that is also plausibly tooth damage or claw damage. It looks like it came out of a limestone bed which would make of pretty old.

Those are 100% velociraptor claw marks.... im certain of it. Very old.

It looks a lot like petrified palm
wood found in East Texas to around Madisonville.

south texas in an area with a lot of arrowheads. seems like petrified wood and have never seen anything like it. it was just the markings that caused me pause. thanks for the replies.
