I ended up calling Ballistic Advantage and they said this barrel should have a .0935" port. Mine is factory drilled at .085". Their support system kind of sucks. They shut their **** down at 3:34PM Eastern.

They said "just drill it out" or I can send it in and get it back 3 weeks later.

If I oil it up, and it turns out it still doesn't function, and I HAVE to drill this out. Are there any suggestions from you guys on how to do this without f-ing it up? I have a drill press, but I don't have a way of squaring up the barrel first so might be better to free hand it and let the existing hole guide it with a lot of cutting oil.

You are way overthinking this. There is zero downside to drilling it out. It can't overgas anything because the gas block controls that. Put a dowel or plastic coat hanger down the bore to give you a little buffer once it breaks through, chuck the bit up in your least wobbly drill motor, give it a squirt of wd-40, take a breath and let the drill follow the hole. Once you hog that ho out and run a couple patches down the barrel, give the inside of the receiver and the inside and outside of the BCG a good soaking with remoil, wipe the drips and shoot it.

Will do.

Had to close it all up for the evening, but I am going to shoot some REAL ammo tomorrow. F--- all this NATO ***** .

.308 Winchester now. Let's see what happens.

If no joy, I'll 'hog that ho out'.

Edit: No joy. Doesn't cycle ball or 308 Win. Time to hog that ****er out. Pisses me off that it's not ported properly from the manufacturer. Maybe 5 years ago LMR308 builds were novel and they didn't know what they were doing but still pisses me off. Ejection pattern is between 3-4pm as it should be. Waiting on bits.

I think I'll take it to from .085 to .086 to .089 and then test fire at .089. I want to work my way up rather than chew a big piece all at once. I think .093 is way to GD big personally. I know AGB is on it but still.

Use a carbide bit to help with the punch-through should have less burrs and much cooler at low speed. Don't need burrs in your barrel. You prolly have it done by now. Good luck!
