Yes I think it is.

We dove hunted SW of Hebronville in September with Texas Guides. I had hunted that same ranch with the same outfit about 30 years ago and had forgotten how remote and great the area is. The addition of the windmills in some areas was interesting and Blaien said 2025 has been the first year in his 43 years in that area with Zero problems from trespassing illegals. After every imaginable encounter previously.

Really pretty old church and former priest college in Hebronville.

I'm in Hebbronville or the area a few times a week these days. That powerline project running East/West is the one I'm on.

I came up with a place to hunt between Hebbronville and Falfurrias, hasn't been grazed or managed in years & its wild as hell in there. The foot traffic has definitely died down in the past year so things are better than they were.

So far its been a doe and hog fiesta. We'll see what else pops up around there.
