Can anyone here recommend a good realtor you have worked with in SA area? Asking here bc I trust this board and I figured the Real Estate board would just have a bunch of realtors recommending themselves.

I'm on RE board as mortgage. There are very few SA realtors who post there, at least they do not advertise for SA.

I've done my share of loans in SA but they have all been Ags referring themselves to me.

The only referral I would give is Red Pear Realty. They give w 1.5% rebate of their commission. That could cover most of your closing costs.

Look up red pear on the RE board and find Jamie the owner. He is an Ag in Houston and would know if he has an agent working in SA.

Robin Saunders (210) 288-6879. She lives in Fair Oaks Ranch, Raintree Woods subdivision specifically and has lots of insight into the area.

Bought a house in Fair Oaks Ranch with Susan. Great experience and she has a strong network in the area. Was able to view and ultimately buy off market in Fall of '21 when the market was absolutely ridiculous.

There was a total of something like six listings in FOR at the time (one in Raintree that didn't work for us) Was tough losing out to people from Cali offering 14 day cash close and no inspections when we offered in Deer Meadow. Finding the property before it hit MLS was huge and Susan was great at keeping us optimistic and to not settle. We ended up in something perfect for our family.
