I ordered it on 11/5 and it came today. Banish 30 V2.

I remember my first suppressor. A Dead Air Nomad .30 cal. I was going to keymo all of my rifles and this would be the only one I would ever need. Now I have 4. For some reason buying suppressors is more addictive than buying guns.

With all the reports of scythes coming apart I read this as "how long it survives" on my first pass.

It's not quite like the "silencers" in the movies. With most guns and loads, you still definitely hear the round go off. My Banish 30 V2 is rated for a 30-35 dB sound reduction depending on the rifle and load.

Interesting viewpoint. I didn't get the impression people were using them for mag dumps from 10.5" ARs. I'd expect any titanium center-fire can to be constructed in a manner that it would last thousands or 10s of thousands of rounds as long as the firing schedule wasn't abusive.
It'll be interesting to see how the Zero Gravity cans fare long term, and if they take away many/most of the buyers of the scythe.

Yes, I know. But the correct term for the yeeter discreeter that goes on the end of your smoke pole, is silencer.
"Suppressor" was a word invented during the Clinton administration to be more politically correct. The original patent for it called it a silencer & it remained that way until the 90s.

Fellow Rokslider. Grabbed one of the Airlock Zero Gravity 6.5's when they had a Black Friday sale/drop. Should ship in the next week or two based on my discussions with the owner. Really hope it is as good as everyone has been saying.

This will be weird, but I think you're a fellow FHK'er too.
ZG's stuff looks cool. I have an unknown OG 6.5, I like the reduction in added length vs other designs. My buddy wants a can for his Tikka CTR 6.5, the barrel diameter precludes the use of the OG 6.5, so I will probably point him towards an airlock.
