Three things:
1. Jaywalking - not crossing the street at a marked crossing.
2. Impeding traffic - traveling too slow in an area marked for 30 mph and attempting a left turn into oncoming traffic.
3. Exhibiting incorrect colors to the rear of the vehicle. Yellow and white markings are for forward facing surfaces only, red markings for rear facing surfaces only.
Should be fined and forced to take a driver instructional course.

Not related to this at all, but it reminded me of something that I got a good belly laugh from.
If anyone on here has a daughter that plays softball, you know the chants and stuff that come from the dugout can sometimes be pretty comical.
Daughter's team was playing a tournament last fall and the game went to ITB. The pitcher walked our batter and then one of the girls in the dugout belted out:
"There she goes just a walkin' to the base!" Then the rest of the girls belted out "singing do wah diddy, diddy, dum diddy do!"
