We lost our catahoula back in September and home has not felt like home without a dog in it. Haven't been this long without a dog since my early days at A&M. My wife finally caved and we are adding Roux to our family next weekend!

Going to be training him to find sheds so if anyone has some OB tips to facilitate that, I'm open to suggestions!

UPDATE...after a whirlwind trip with flight cancelations, driving in the dead of night in a snowstorm and a fast return to IAH, Roux is home and adjusting great!

Like every catahoula, he is a complete nut, a little gremlin and has already captured our hearts. At 8 weeks, he has epic battles with a rubber pig toy displaying a natural hog baying skill. Crate training is going well and he's only had 2 accidents in the house. Smart little booger!
