We have one opening on our 2,800-acre low-fence deer lease outside Ozona, Texas. The lease currently has three hunters, and we are looking to add one more. This is a year-round lease with opportunities for deer, turkey, hogs, javelina, and dove hunting.

Hunting Setup
- Four permanent box blinds with corn and protein feeders
- One tripod blind
- Multiple additional feeder sites suitable for pop-up blinds
- No assigned blinds; hunters coordinate and rotate based on who is in camp
- Open to adding blinds and feeders with group consensus
- Guests are welcome but must hunt from the host's deer allocation
- Located approximately 5 miles off the paved road on a larger ~15,000-acre ranch (we lease one pasture)
- Semi-primitive camp setup including:
- Sleeping cabin accommodating approximately six hunters
- Cook shack with gas stove, sink, counter space, and storage
- Porch, new skinning rack, and fire pit
- Well water with booster pump, camp shower, and window-unit AC
- Generator-provided electricity
- Outhouse facility
- RVs/Campers are welcome
- Access to a skinning facility and walk-in cooler at the main ranch house
- All costs are shared equally among hunters, including:
- Lease fees
- Year-round protein feed
- Corn (September through December)
- Hunters often coordinate meals and camp supplies when multiple members are present
- Low hunting pressure and a cooperative, enjoyable group dynamic
