I have an old US military medical portable building for sale that was previously used as a deer camp. It's very sturdy and dry. It should last for years to come. It's designed to collapse to make it easier to move. I don't have any idea how to actually make it collapse, but am willing to help try if the price is right. When it's expanded out it's W 12'x L 18' x H 7.5'. Folded up it should be about 7x12x7. It has hooks on the roof to move and there is currently an excavator on sight that can help load it on your trailer. It's located near Thornton, TX. It's a pretty niche market so I really have no idea how to price it. If you're interested send me an offer.

I think there's somebody out there who really needs this. It would make a cool clubhouse for my kids in about a decade but I don't want it sitting until then.

Nah, I've been in the woods a lot around here and I've never seen a rattler in Limestone County. Now I wouldn't be surprised if there was a copperhead den under there. The excavator can lift it up and then whoever buys it can have a snake shoot as an added bonus!
